一、設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)內(nèi)容

（一）設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)范圍：

商業(yè)戶外廣場(chǎng)、商業(yè)室內(nèi)公共區(qū)域、辦公區(qū)域及地下停車(chē)場(chǎng)的導(dǎo)向標(biāo)識(shí)、標(biāo)牌系統(tǒng)、企業(yè)LOGO。

（二） 設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)內(nèi)容：

1、方案概念設(shè)計(jì)階段

1）完善平面設(shè)計(jì)概念（形象體系的調(diào)整與修正） 

2）確定文字應(yīng)用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及規(guī)范

3）確定圖形的應(yīng)用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其規(guī)范

4）各類標(biāo)識(shí)的平面設(shè)計(jì)及版面規(guī)范

由招標(biāo)人最終確認(rèn)，如招標(biāo)人對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)概念需進(jìn)行調(diào)整，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)無(wú)條件響應(yīng)

2、方案深化設(shè)計(jì)階段

1）完成所有標(biāo)識(shí)布點(diǎn)規(guī)劃的平面點(diǎn)位圖

2）完成所有標(biāo)牌的造型設(shè)計(jì)圖及工藝深化圖

3）完成最終的標(biāo)識(shí)信息列表

由招標(biāo)人最終確認(rèn)，如招標(biāo)人對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)方案需進(jìn)行調(diào)整，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)無(wú)條件響應(yīng)。

1. Design service content

(1) Design service scope:

Orientation signs, signage systems, and corporate LOGOs for commercial outdoor plazas, commercial indoor public areas, office areas and underground parking lots.

(2) Design service content:

1. Conceptual design stage

1) Improve the graphic design concept (adjustment and revision of the image system)

2) Determine the standards and norms for text application

3) Determine the application standards and specifications of graphics

4) Graphic design and layout specifications of various signs

Final confirmation by the tenderer, if the tenderer needs to adjust the design concept, the bidder shall respond unconditionally

2. The plan deepening design stage

1) Completion of the plan point map of all the signs

2) Complete the modeling design drawings and process deepening drawings of all signs

3) Complete the final identification information list

Final confirmation by the tenderer, if the tenderer needs to adjust the design plan, the bidder shall respond unconditionally
